Lee Webb, RN, MSN, APRN, NP
Lee is Dr. Gross' surgical assistant and nurse practitioner; she has extensive orthopaedic experience which includes first assisting in the operating room. She assists Dr. Gross with all aspects of perioperative, surgical, and postoperative care. She sees patients with Dr. Gross in the office, preforming history and physical exams and makes rounds at the hospital. She is a wealth of knowledge and always available to answer any questions.

Nancy P. Smith, RN
Nancy comes to Midlands with an extensive medical background gained from experience as an office staff member with a pulmonologist, finishing her degree as a registered nurse. She began working with Dr. Gross’ patients extensively at Providence Northeast on the orthopaedic unit and became an expert in the pre and post operative routine.  She works with each patient individually to schedule surgery and coordinate all details of surgery, preoperative requirements, and medical clearances. With her expert background, she is affluant in pre and post operative instructions.

Charlene King, Pod Secretary
Charlene is Dr. Gross’ clinical secretary, she has been with us for many years and her warmth and southern charm are evident with every word and jester she makes. She manages Dr. Gross’ office schedule with skill and can assist you with your appointment. She can help with out of state follow ups by mailing you the prescriptions needed to see a physical therapist and get an x-ray of your hip appointments and sending the appropriate forms for follow up that is so important. Evelyn Washington, Administrative Secretary
Evelyn is Dr. Gross’ administrative secretary and has been with Midland’s Orthopaedics for many years, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding Dr. Gross’ routines. She receives the out of state patient information, logs it in, has a chart made and forwards to Dr. Gross for review. Her baking skills mirror her administrative skills which are outstanding.
