Crystal is our medical assistant and is an integral part of our team. She works in the clinic with Dr. Gross and Lee Webb, DNP, FNP and coordinates preoperative clearance and schedules surgery. She is very knowledgeable regarding pre- and post-operative questions. She works with each patient individually to schedule surgery and coordinate all details of surgery, pre-operative requirements, and medical clearances. She is fluent in pre- and post-operative instructions and is a valuable resource for patients.
