Crystal is our medical assistant and is an integral part of our team. She works in the clinic with Dr. Gross and Lee Webb, DNP, FNP-C and coordinates preoperative clearance and schedules surgery. She is very knowledgeable regarding pre- and post-operative questions. She works with each patient individually to schedule surgery and coordinate all details of surgery, pre-operative requirements, and medical clearances. She is fluent in pre- and post-operative instructions and is a valuable resource for patients.
