Right hip resurfacing
As an out of state patient my experience from my first contact was amazing. Submitting records for review, scheduling, making sure I was prepared and anticipating needs, it all was efficient. Every staff person I had any level of engagement with was friendly and professional. Dr. Gross is a great communicator and skilled surgeon with an obvious concern about detail. He had very informatve historical data gathered and compiled for all prior procedures. In any conversation he made sure I had ko more questions and always made me feel my case was of paramount importance, never giving any indication of being in a hurry. Dr gross resurfaced my left hip 12 years ago. I have had NO issues with it while racing dirtiest, water-skiing, mountain biking and gym work. I came back when my right hip gave up. He is the most pleasant, informative orthopedic surgeon I have met. I have met a few. I am so blessed to have met and been repaired by himHealthgrades
